About

Ted R Bost, III LCPC- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Idaho and Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed in Utah.

Hello, I’m Ted R Bost, III LCPC

As a therapist, I understand that we all go through “shoulder seasons”—times when things feel uncertain or off. I’m here to provide support and clarity as you navigate life changes.

You may feel stuck or unfulfilled despite your achievements. Together, we’ll find a way to move forward with purpose and clarity.

Individual Therapy

I provide individual telehealth therapy to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe, supportive space. Together, we’ll work through challenges, gain insight, and develop strategies to improve your well-being.

Couples Therapy

In couples therapy, I help partners navigate challenges and strengthen their connection. Together, we’ll explore communication patterns, resolve conflicts, and deepen understanding to rebuild trust and intimacy. Sessions are telehealth.

Disconnected and/or Struggling Pre-Adolescents and Teenagers

Achieving positive outcomes in therapy with kids always requires parental engagement and an adjustment of the family system. Use the contact form below for a free consultation with your questions because kids require an individualized approach. Sessions are telehealth and I may meet in a neutral space with local families.

Parent Coaching

Parent coaching is a strengths-based, solution-focused process designed to support you in navigating parenting challenges, building confidence, and enhancing your relationship with your child. Common topics include behavior management, communication strategies, parenting neurodivergent children (e.g., ADHD), managing anxiety and depression in the home, attachment dynamics, and navigating substance use or risky behaviors.

An initial commitment of 3-6 months is best for consistency, growth, and reflection. Ultimately, it is up to you, how long you wish to stay in therapy.
